Late night/Early morning workout

It's 2:43am and I can't sleep - so instead I'll work out - I haven't worked out since Wednesday and me body sorta feels funny :( - here's my plan ( 3 times of the below)

I shall be replacing the burpees with 100 skips - I absolute hate burpees - it's an 'unnecessary evil' if you ask me :)
