[Jojo's kitchen] Sweet potato, Avocado,Mushroom & Bell peppers salad






What I had for lunch today





Ingredients
Spinach
Red Bell peppers
Avocado
Sweet potato
Red Cabbage
Zucchini
Mushrooms
Onions
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Steps
1) Cut up your sweet potatoes and boil in water for 15-20mins or until cooked
2) Sauteed - red cabbage, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms
3) Cut up your bell peppers and avocado into desired shapes
4) Cut of spinach - or maybe use baby spinach
5) Spread all on plate and dressd with you favourite dressing -i used Balsamic vinegar
